The Morvern Highland Games will be held on Saturday 15th July at Knock Park, Lochaline.
Hailed as ‘the most scenic Highland Games in Scotland’ The Morvern Highland Games is situated in the beautiful west coast village of Lochaline overlooking the picturesque mountains of the Island of Mull and Morvern Peninsula.
An authentic family friendly Highland Games, set in a stunning rural setting, attracting crowds from all over the world to discover a special piece of Scotland. The day begins with Children’s sports at 10am followed by the official opening at 12noon with the Mallaig, Ardnamurchan and District Pipe Band.
Heavy events, Athletics, Novelty races, Bouncy castles, Food and crafts stalls, Refreshments tent, Prosecco bar, Highland dancing displays, Tug o War, Archery, crossbow and tomahawks, Chainsaw carvings, The Morvern Mile, Whisky barrel rolling, The ‘Wife’ carrying race, live music throughout the day plus much much more!
The Games Chieftain for 2023 will travel from his home in Canada and cross the Atlantic to perform his duties at Knock Park, this July.
We are excited to welcome a record number of stalls at the Morvern Highland Games this year, showcasing the very best food and crafts from across the west coast (and further afield!)
